If you knew of a person that was petitiong a lodge that you do not belong to that is notup to being a member how would you let them know? Also to make it even more awkward, what if that person was your ex wifes new husband? Details omitted becasue it's not just the fact that he's her new husband (I'm glad shes not my problem anymore |

Honestly,
I'd just talk to other Brothers in the lodge about said character flaws, and you'll quickly get plenty of black-balls to prevent membership. After talking about such things to the investigative committee interviewers, they'll be able to ask slightly more pointed questions, and the truth will out. |
| A letter to the Grand Lodge is all it takes in PA. The District Deputy will look into the issue, talk to you about it and place that persons name on a list and when the Lodge Secretary sends up to Grand Lodge for the check, up pops their name and viola it doesnt come back clean and never even gets balloted on in that lodge. |
| I personally know of an instance up in Northern PA where a mason from a different lodge knew about this person petitioning another lodge and when the day for the vote came he visited that lodge and spoke out against the person petitioning. So I guess you could always attend and ask to speak to everyone about it. |
