Greetings,
I discovered an engorged deer tick on myself. I removed it and put it in a bag. The doc who checked me out agreed that it was, in fact, a deer tick. The diagnosis is probable Lyme disease as I have a raised area around the tick bite and a rash is beginning to form. I am on treatment for Lyme. Here is the problem- some of the side effects I was advised to be on the watch for were numbness in my limbs and I was specifically advised: if your foot starts dragging after you then call us. It appears I might become a zombie. I just wanted you all to know. Queensbury Rules require that I inform you of my pending transformation. Have a nice day. |

My mom had Lyme disease a few weeks ago. They caught it early and the treatments worked. Hopefully you will see the same results.
It's nice seeing someone with the balls enough to tell the rest of the group that he suspects he might be infected. Nothing I hate more than someone being bitten in a group and not tell anyone only to turn and kill other members. |
