| I joined the NRA a month ago and I haven't received anything in the mail yet. I also signed my fiancee up for the free membership about 3 weeks ago. How long does it normally take for people to get their packets for joining? Should I contact them or wait a little bit more? Thanks. |

See people talking about emails that were sent out. I have an email saying that I paid, no membership id or anything though. Checked the fiancee's email and she received an email two weeks ago saying she was processed and it included her membership id. They have the correct mail address for her. Guess we will just have to wait. |

I just received my packet in the mail yesterday. I joined via the internet on 1/4/10. I have to question though. 1) When I signed up via the internet, the page said I was supposed to receive a free NRA multi-tool. However, this was not included in my packet. I'm wondering if this is shipped seperately. 2) I just went online to do the "Confidential Membership Survey". After completing the survey, it sends me to a Thank You page that has various NRA related links and a coupon for 30% off my next purchase from the NRA store. However, underneath the Promo Code, it says that it expires on December 31, 2009 and today is currently January 16, 2010. Is this just a mistake on the NRA's part and they forgot to undate their page? |

Quoted: Jack.... Thank you for supporting the NRA! As always...should you have any questions or concerns...please feel free to use the "800" number that is listed on your Membership Card. With regards to your questions... Your multi-tool will ship under separate cover.....if you just received the packet and they offer has been made....call the store and I'm sure that they will honor the coupon. Joe Ok, thanks. Considering the day I've had I doubt yall would have wanted me to make a phone call. I've had 4 month old screaming most of the day that would have dang near drowned out a phone call. My daughter has her good days and her bad days. Today up until a few hours ago, wasn't one of those good days. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. |

Quoted: Well...you take care of that little girl.... ![]() Thankfully, the NRA will always be there to listen.... Call when you can.... Finally checked my mailbox a little before dinner today. My multi-tool was in Saturday's mail, so they were only a day apart. Also, finally finished looking through all the stuff with the membership packet. I didnt' realize there was an NRA discount with Avis. I might have to take advantage of this in the next month or so when the wife and I go up to Maryland to visit her brother since both my Chevy Colorado and Cavalier are both a little cramped when traveling with an infant (amazing how much stuff such as small person requires). |
