I knew he was fighting some serious medical stuff but his PMs were always pretty upbeat. I sold him a lower a long time ago and we stayed in touch since on and off. Goddamn it.

I met him a few times, and texted back and forth on occasion. I got drunk texted by him at least once.
He worked the counter at Vances, or at least did last year. He'd give me a heads up if stuff was in stock when I was headed that way
