I'm looking at learning to play Bruce Cockburn's "Wondering Where the Lions Are" on an acoustic guitar.  I found some tab on the web, but have a question.  The notes for the tab indicate a "capo at 2" –– when a capo is used, does the tab start at the nut or at the capo?

In other words, in the tab below, is the second note the 7th fret from the nut? or from the capo?

Drop D Tuning (tune bass string down from E to D. )
Capo 2nd fret if you want to play along with Bruce.

The trick here is to finger the bass notes with your thumb.

Yup, at the capo. Any notation that has 0, thats the open string  at the specified capo'd fret. If it says capo at the 2nd fret, capo the 2nd fret. All other notes are at their standard positions.
