| Much Love to NOLA, Ive always looked at it as our sister city to D/FW-- And Wino is a living legend in my opinion-- He is the master and he will probably never get the credit he deserves-- Man I pulled my groin lifting his gear and Ive moved/lifted a LOT of gear-- He is one LOUD sonofabitch! One of my favorite albums, period. At 19, I heard that album and realized it would be my life's work to combine the Sabbath-meets-Skynyrd vibe of NOLA with the outlaw country and gospel and R&B I grew up on, and truly make quintessential Southern metal. Um, I'm still workin' on it. I mean, "life's work" means I've still got a while, right? |
