Wow..Santana asked him to join his band at 15... Thanks for the tip..I'll pick it up. DV8..Journey songs worked like that for me back then too.

No problem.  I'm a huge Journey fan also from way back in the late '70's. I have seen them several times in Houston and Steve Perry was always flawless in his performances. This is the only stub I still have.  |
That is one thing I've never had the chance to do..see them live. Living on the east coast no big bands ever come this far. They usually stop in Montreal. I saw Journey with the new frontman a few years ago. He sounded EXACTLY like Steve Perry. Close your eyes and you cannot tell the difference. |
