All of those are one G manuvers...so if he does it right...no worries.  If he does it wrong and asymetrically loads the spar...the end.

All in all, an impressive display, esp. with regards to energy managment.

I could probably do that.  Although very dangerous, because that wood spar gets stressed in ways it may not appreciate.
