Our old boss, a retired SAC O-6, had a good buddy who participated in this program also flying the F-84. He told me that his friend later died of some horrible cancer. He was very bitter about it..... I flew with a Captain at Northwest early in my career who did the same thing in an F102. He was a bit of a strange duck and also died in his early 60's of some kind of cancer. |

"You want me to fly through WHAT?! FUCK no." I don't care if the .gov said my payment would be my own personal F/A 18 or F22 with maintenance, fuel and ordinance included for life. I'm not flying anywhere near a bottle of canned sunshine when it's opened. You mean Ordnance not Ordinance. Ordinance Meaning(s) (n) an authoritative rule (n) a statute enacted by a city government (n) the act of ordaining; the act of conferring (or receiving) holy orders Ordnance Meaning(s) (n) military supplies (n) large but transportable armament |
