I have a fair number of pics from doing the resto. It started out as 3 trailer loads of parts and certainly not airworthy. Notice in the last photo pair how wide the gear is squatting on the ground compared to 'unloaded' in the air. |

Nice looking bird. Did you do all the fabric work yourself? I think every pilot shroud have to dope and fabric at least one aircraft just to have respect for the work that went into the old ones. |

The old Seabee has a reversible propeller for backing up on the water.
If I do a confined area landing and utilize the reverser once I hit the water I can get it stopped in about 500 feet. It is super cool. It's one of those aircraft where if you aren't careful you can land someplace you can't get back out of. |

Glad to see others using Boeing's foot rest. That ledge is perfectly placed. Does the 75's 76's flaps only go to 30? Or is the speed beyond 30 just the same, and no reason for it on the placard?
