How come you blew a gasket over the original cigar picture thread but this one inspires you to give sticks away?

Quoted:
Cigar of the day picture thread? or Cigar Junk Picture of the Day.

I can not tell you the last time I was not in a cigar bar enviorment that I used an ashtray...

Loaded guns? Two Guns? Glasses? Ashtray? Household items? I'll pass.

A cigar is plenty.

Me rikee!

My poor humidor is wondering just what the fuck it's hanging around for these days.  Since I've just started this new job; and haven't been paid in full from my last job, my humidor is looking like Mother Hubbards Cupboard.  Soon the sticks will flow like, like, like, ............................like a bunch of fresh cigars in my humidor.

This one is nice and easy.

If you think that is blowing a gasket, Mr TC6969, you need to get out more.

Pretty cool a mod trying to start sh!t. Maybe you should have posted the 32 items the OP of that thread wanted to be included to make it "official". After all, we are just trying to have fun, aren't we?

OK here ya go.

Quoted:

What I have included, and what I believe should be the very minimum inclusion in a COTD picture is the following:

1. Cigar, already cut/punched, lit, and drawn upon, band still present
2. Ashtray
3. Cutting/punching implement
4. Fire producing implement
5. Beverage of choice
6. Glass for beverage of choice (hey, we're not barbarians)
7. Long gun, if possessed, loaded
8. Handgun, if possessed, loaded
9. Personal item from around your home

New rules:

10. Edged weapon

I welcome critique of my picture, and suggestions for items to be included in the Official Rules of Cigar of the Day Pictures.

I will add rules to the original post as decided upon by the cigar appreciating membership.

Here is one of my humi's...well a coolerdor, but it does the same thing This is 1 of three and I have 3 desktops as well.

Left to Right:

Trinidad Maduro's, I dont know what size they call them. WAY to skinny for me. JR's sent them to me for free.
Cabanas Cedar #2, they dont make them any more. 1st H2000 to be released by consoldated (I think or General)
La Luna Maduro Robusto's, Little Havana Blend, I bought the last 3 boxes JR's in Southfield had in 1999 for only 19.99 per box. They dont make them in this blend any more. The new ones are awesome, just the same. The cello on them is dark brown
In the bag I got some Partagas, Reo, Indian Tobac, ISOM's.
3 pack (2 left) of Trindad Maduro Belicoso's
Full box of Trinidad Madurdo Belicoso's
Under I have 2 boxes of La Rosa Especials, 1-2 boxes of mixed singles and 2 boxes of JR Ult's

Topping it all off is my XD40 that I had hard chromed.

Nice! What do you use to humidify that coolerdor?

Didn't mean to start shit with the pic thread; didn't even associate it with the "dinner pic" threads and rules. I figured just post away!

You should send me those skinny Trinidads.

I will find you something interesting when I go to Tampa Saturday.

I'm going to slip around in the back alleys and find some of the old school rollers.

Boy, I wouldn't mind some info on where to go in Tampa for a good cigar!

I found THIS

I'm just going to walk around and hang out, ask around.

The people at the Tropicana sammich shop know me quite well and can probably steer me in the right direction.

Keep us posted, I'm thinking about an Ybor trip soon for that very reason anyway!

When you are down in Ybor...check out the local housing, its was all made for the rollers...and if the guys are still banging on pots and pans and tupperware and buckets...those guys are pretty cool to watch. When I was there the gang presence was deep.

There are plenty of cigar stores to choose from along 7th Avenue in Ybor.

But my personal favorite is Gonzalez y Martinez Cigar Factory and Store, which is attached to the Columbia Restaurant.

I was looking at the pic in awe, and those are pretty much exactly the words I was looking for.  That humidor is Padron paradise.
