I was the purchaser of those groomsmen pipes. I last minute made the absurd request to him and DK delivered well ahead of time, and even through a healthy sample of C&D that was shared amongst the recipients. I myself kept the pipe with the more unique stem. Those pipes and a Beretta 81 went over well as a gifts.
Having only been exposed to English and Italian pipes, the more Nordic and Asian inspired ones didn't click with me at first. Now, the more I see them, the more beautiful and appealing they are. |

You are very gracious!  It was a little frantic getting them shipped in time. I had to be at a conference in downtown D.C. the next day, so I boxed them up and brought them along to the conference and then briefly ran out to a nearby FedEx store (or UPS store) that was a few blocks away, and managed to get them shipped on time ... and I don't think anyone even noticed that I wasn't there for half an hour. |

first off verry nice looking pipes i would take one in a hart beat. ive seen styles like that in old pipes magazines. looks like a nice free style bent if you want a name
all in all nice job great work i wish i could work in something other then straight lines and defined arcs i would be proud to smoke your wonderful looking pipes |

I like 'em!
#1 & #3 more so than #2, both in color and shape. While I know it was dictated by the block, the curve transition at the end of #2 is a little to abrupt for me. If you feel like rehoming one of these... |

really nice! Somewhat "blowfish-y". You ever think of making more traditional English designs. I mean, for obvi reasons you like the Danish designs....

A nod to the nordic. Some of your lines kind of hint at it. |

These look perfect for setting down on the helm of my fishing boat without worrying about it rolling onto the floor. I shall have to save my pennies after the holidays! Very, very nice work as always.

I like that you can set these down with the bowl facing up and the mouthpiece is off ground (or where ever you set the pipe down. Beautiful work
