It seems like the bidding on C-bids has escalated recently. Items I was picking up a few months ago are now costing more to win. Is this because the Yankees up North are coming out of hibernation from a hard winter and now starting to spend more time outside enjoying a good smoke and demand is up? Anyone ever notice in past years bid prices rising in the spring & summer? Do I need to stack deeper in the winter months when bid prices are down? |

Lol. What winter? Well I know it wasn't brutal or anything but I'm sure people spend a lot less time outdoors. Like I said just wondering why the bidding has gotten a lot more competitive recently and the only thing I could attribute it to was a higher demand in the warmer months. Maybe not. |

I've found cbid prices usually go up every spring and down every fall. That confirms my suspicions. I've seen boxes selling for double the price I was buying them for a month or so ago. It's easy to see why demand would be up this time of year with backyard BBQs and outdoor activities picking up. |
