Actually.....thanks to a screw up (ol' Echo tossed a certain member's cutter in the drawer and forgot about it)...I will be running one more batch.
I have about five Xikar cutters in various colors. I was just going to have them burn the small bolt face on both sides although I love mine that I did the really big bolt face on the case and blades. Shout out here and when I get back, I'll check in and then drop off the work at the laser engraver's shop. Echo |

I'm here...just on vacation and all that stuff is in the office.
Here's the thing....round one generated a shit-load of interest. I worked a deal with my B&M and my local engraver to put a "at cost" package together, ordered in more cutters than I have ever had...an could put my grubby hands on. Had a bunch laszered up and ended up sitting on them. I will do this again with the remaining cutters I have and if they all go, I will reach out again and see what kind of a deal I can work out. These are coming from a B&M so I am sure you can score a XIKAR X-series metal cutter cheaper than what my cost will be. I make no money nor do I want any out of this...that is NOT my deal. I thought this would be uber cool and wanted one then I decided to share. I have one special order cutter that was sent to me that needs burned an I know which designs he wants. The rest I am doing half small/small and half small/large. I will post pics of finished cutters, ones I have in hand as examples. You'all can call dibs on what's there and time stamp wins. Final price will be listed before you can call them just so there are no unknowns. That's the deal. Now I'm heading out to the porch to watch the guys trim trees and have another cigar...it's "cold here today"....in the 60's so I am getting all kinds of wired looks as I sit with my coffee in my t-shirt and shorts....chuckling to myself....they don't know cold here... Folks....just a little message on this thread...
This is a project we did as an interest of the guys in The Humidor. This is not an "ARFCOM cutter" or something you can buy in the Online Store. I pulled a bolt face logo that was generally available and not one licensed or available for purchase here. I want to make sure no one gets offended as this thread is drawing interest from folks from all over ARFCOM. Most of us are accessory whores so why not a cutter with a bolt face or two on it... Here are the available designs.

Clearly the large back design is on the left and the laser burn is on the blades. My B&Ms Xikar rep was asked about the warranty and advised that the cutters have a lifetime warranty...no matter what. I have six cutters in hand....2 Red, 1 Silver, 2 Blue, 1 Black. My local shop has agreed to get me what I need but they will not be at FreeFall pricing. The burn is $10 a side for the small and $15 for the large due to the time on the laser. We already spent hours on the setup so that's already paid. I am seeing them on Amazon for about $35 average and if she can't do that, I get them there. So I am saying...because I can smell the gears grinding out there..., One design = $45 Two small = $55 One small and one large $70 Now if I get a bunch, he may knock $5 off the large and if so, I will send any amount over paid back with the cutter. My rules.... If you call it, you buy it! I will front all expenses but please do not burn me! My memory is long and I have all your addresses!!!! Echo |

I would like a black one too please. I've got no problem waiting on another black one to be etched and letting djsmiles have the one you have on hand. I mean, he did call dibs on it earlier in the thread and he did kind of bring this all back to life. So if echo and djsmiles have no issue with this I don't either. |
