Hello Everyone-

Here is my situation and curious on what everyone else would do. I'm not going to mention the company yet becuase I'm still waiting on a response email so I'm not trying to blast them....... I ordered some cigars and a new humidor early in January and received confirmation my products were shipped two days later.Living overseas I make several online purchases and I know it only takes two weeks to make it over to Japan. It's been over a month since they were shipped. I doubled checked to make sure the products I ordered were not on back order.....I sent a email two days ago to customer service and sent them a private message on facebook and still no response. How much time would you guys give a company to respond to your email before you cancelled your order? or what steps would you take next?

With international postage it can be tricky. Your package could very well have gotten hung up in customs. As long as the retailer shipped it, they are probably not to blame. Sometimes packages clear customs right away and other times they can sit for months.

I've never thougt about that......but the two items were shipped separately. So I would think at least one of the packages would have made it here already.  I just received a care package with over 100 cigars so I could think a package with 10 cigars would be fine. If I don't get a response from them soon I think I'm going to cancel my order and ask for reinburstment for my purchases.

I would call them and see what they say. I have gotten packages from overseas in just a few days and others that sat in customs for two months.
