Ok guys, the wife and I are in a bit of a bind I cant seem to figure out.  The other day while we were at work, our well pump lost prime and burnt itself out.

That said, we troubleshooted, replaced the pump, and still no water pressure.
Dropped Nu Well (sulphuric acid essentially) into the well thinking it was a calcium deposit that capped it off.  - Slight increase in water flow but no major success
After this, we started sucking air into the system. - Loose fitting (tightened) and apparently the water table dropped.

SO, I added 8' of hose into the well (its not impacting the bottom.  its a min. of 25' down and there is 22' of hose so far) and still hardly any measurable pressure.  It fluctuates between 2-10psi for around 10 minutes then deprimes and drops off.  That said, there is no way we could be sucking an additional 8' of water out of the well in 10 minutes.  I just rechecked all the pipes into the pump and the well and no air leaks.

Anyone have any ideas on where to look?  We are on day 5 of no running water so I am getting rather irritated.

Edit:  I actually got it fixed about 20 minutes ago.  Pressure bladder in the tank froze over the winter.  Warmed it up and bled the air and we are golden.
