I posted this in Women's Shooter forum, but I thought after I did that, this might be a better place to post this question.
I have looked online for a website that has mini blinds for the size I need around $30, maybe $40. That is better than the $80 Housing wants to stick to us. My google fu is not very good and I can not seem to find that website. Anyone know a website for cheap mini blinds? Here is a link to my post. http://www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=1&f=71&t=808282 TIA for all help! |

Have you looked at walmart? If that's insulting, I apologize. Maybe you're not talking THAT cheap? When we had apartments, that's where I bought my miniblinds. They were as good as any other cheap, vinyl miniblinds I could find, and WAY cheaper. Kitties Totally not insulting. I don't think WM carries the size I need. I will look again and take a look at Lowe's while I am at it. Thanks for the post, I appreciate it. |

My company Installs blinds for Lowes all day long. Lowes has a good 2" Faux wood blind for about 40 or 50 bucks. Wow, that's all? Hmmm, maybe what I need isn't that expensive from Lowe's. I will check tomorrow. I need 1" vinyl horizontal blinds. Also, I apologize for not being able to hotlink my post. I FAIL! LOL

| You can go to home depot with sizes and they will cut the cheap one to length. Usually just the inside width if you are going to hang them inside the frame. You can then shorten them to the right length at home. Just untie the knots on the bottom, take out the unneccesary blinds and then retie. Usually you can get them for less than $20. |

Measure the inside of your opening EXACTLY and they will cut them to width. You can then easily adjust them for length by removing slats and cutting the strings. The written instructions make this look very complicated, but it is about a 5 minute process per window, once hung. |
