This is a repost of the one I made in General Discussion cause some of you might not venture in there.

Well I got bored and made these.....

Now these are VERY VERY crude prototypes. I used the end of a Winchester .45ACP shell casing and superglue to bind them to the links I took off of a cheap pair of cufflinks.

I think the next pair I make I might solder them.

ETA: I cant take a picture to save my life...

I wonder how the heat from the solder would discolor the brass?

Were it me, I would cut the rims off with a bit of the case wall to create a shallow cup that could hold some rockset epoxy. That should be rather durable, doncha think?
