Ok its a Frigidaire model fws445rfs2

The top of the motor shaft is spinning, but the bottum where the pulley wheel that moves the belt is not.  After about 30 seconds the pulley gets very hot as if its still connected and friction is heating it up.

I've done several searches for fixes and got nothing worth while.

Any help from a Appliance guy?

Update, I was wrong.. the motor is in fact spinning both top and bottom shafts, but the belt is not, so I just the tranny is frozen...RIGHT???

if the shaft to the motor is turning and the pulley/belt is'nt, there must be a setscrew or a key that has came loose or broken that attaches to the shaft of the motor.

I had one that had a sheave slip due to a setscrew that was loose.  Same symptoms.  I took the beast apart and fixed it in about 2 hours.  It was a Sears, made by Whirlpool.

If it were a Speed Queen I could help, but Speed Queen, Unimac, and Huebsch is all I know.  If it were a Speed Queen top loader, I would have you remove the belt and turn the pulley both ways by hand to check if it's bound up.  But since it's not a Speed Queen I am not much help.

Here's a place for ordering parts. Or deciding if it's just not worth it
The exploded drawings are a good help too.

Without seeing it I don't know wth you're talking about.  I always go to www.repairclinic.com for help with this stuff.  Our washer has stopped agitating twice.  Both times it was due to this one part.  It's basically a plastic disc with 3 big lugs to engage another piece just like it.  It's the connection between the motor and the
agitator.  It's a pretty simple fix once you know what it is.

ETA: this is what breaks on our washer
