I have a drawer in my pop up camper that originally used a plastic "socket" at the rear of the drawer slides.  These sockets support the rear of the slide to the cabinet frame.  (see pic)

As you can see in the pic, there are little tangs that grip the slide.  These tangs were broken on the original sockets and I bought a replacement set at Lowes.  When I open the package containing the new sockets, I find that the tang is already broken on one of them.

As I said, it's from a pop up camper so it's not fine quality cabinetry, but I would like to fix it and forget it, so I'm looking for something better than the plastic socket.

Have any of you seen better quality hardware for the part I'm looking for...or have a DIY remedy that you could share?

Thank you

eta the internet grab photos.  Not pics of my camper shelf.

Lowes sells metal brackets for use with their soft close drawer slides. You can get a set of those, and then just run a screw through the original slide into the side of the bracket. Just make sure it's as far back as  you can get it.
