Every time you flush the toilet in the master bathroom, we hit with water hammer. Is there a good water hammer arrestor that I can install with or between a angle stop?

You need to either limit the flow going to the flush  even if it takes 2-3 minutes to fill...  or change the tank fill or tank ball  so it shuts less aggressive ...

I should be able to limit the flow with the angle stop right?

Water hammer can be a bitch.

They make little hydraulic arrestors just for that.  You will need access to the supply line and the ability to sweat copper, however.

My parents had an issue where the the toilet would cause the ice maker supply line to rattle making an odd noise in the kitchen.  The hammer effect didn't initially exist, but some work was done on the toilet.  I solved it by closing the toilet supply valve a bit at a time until the hammer was gone...  Downside is that it takes about twice as long to fill the toilet.

Sioux Chief hammer arrester.
They have some that screw on.

The Sioux Chief 660-gtr1 Mini-rester fits the bill.

It threads onto a 3/8 compression stop valve, and the supply line threads right onto it

Tried adjusting the angle stop. I still get the water hammer, it's just 5 min. after I flush the toilet. Going with the above arrestor next.

I also was having some major water hammer.  I tried installing water hammer arresters, but to no avail, ended up being my PRV valve was going bad.  Replaced it and all is good. May want to check your water pressure.

Make sure outside hose spigots are all fully closed.

That was the source of mine last year.

I installed a new pressure regulator when we moved in.
