Any ideas? Materials will run about $120-$200

Made it hot in case anyone is to lazy to copy and paste like me. I am going to try and make something similar to that gate. With materials being around the $120 or so range, it doesn't leave much room in it for profit.  I figure I could cut all my metal and weld and paint it and sticker it, and get around 5 hours of labor or so. $20 per hour is $100 profit.

Problem with something like that is they have to be custom made for each individual trailer. That makes it very hard to just say it will cost so much. Also if you make it for someone else it opens you up for liability should a weld fail or even in the event of operator error.

Yeah I was wondering about that. Guess I better go LLC.
