I am painting my plastic body panels on my dirtbike. Will Rustoleum Camo be good enough? it says "also bonds to plastic". I was going to get Krylon Fusion Camo but my wife got rustoleum when Walmart didnt have it.

If properly cleaned and sanded to help adhesion I imagine it'll stick just fine.
