I need to cover my front porch from the bedroom and a wireless unit in my back yard; I've been looking
at some of the stock at Frys; don't remember any brand names, but for a cheap but effective, tough for outdoor
use, what has ya'll's expirence been?
Budgets around $100 for two cameras & monitor. The front door camera can be on a wire; back yard would
need about 100' range.
Does an old 9" black & white TV work well for a monitor?, or should I break down & buy a real CCTV monitor.

thanks

You get what you pay for. Those "bundles" at the big box stores will leave you disappointed. Things I consider most important are lines of resolution, lens / angle of view, and lux. Buy once, cry once.
