Building my own house and looking for recommendations. Was originally planning on a direct vent gas unit but am having second thoughts. We have a brick wood burning fireplace in our country home, but am note sure we need the same thing for our primary home (NYC area). Just looking to see if anyone has any advice. The unit is not for a heat source.
