I saw parts of it one last night/early morning several years ago.  I can’t remember much of the movie.  I do remember the way it ended, ‘The Beginning’.

I have it on DVD.
It's a double feature with The Last Man on Earth, which is the original Omega Man/I Am legend.

That was pretty good.

But now I have to explain to my wife why I didn't do any of the stuff I said I was gonna do while her and the kids were gone

Oh well, too late to start now. Might as well find another movie to watch

If you can get This movie somewhere, GET IT!

It’s surprisingly good for a B-Movie.  I wish I could download it.

Just look:
The Lost Missile

Why don't they remake That movie?  The tree-huggers would be all for destroying the missile.

+1 I just got this through Netflix and both are very well done, if very slow by today's standards. "Last Man" even has commentary by Richard Matheson, the author and co-author of the screenplay.

Both good movies. I found the ending unrealistic in Panic in the Year Zero, however.

First saw it at my grandparent's place when I was about 9. Watched it with my Dad.

(It was a Sunday afternoon, and the movie that came on after it was "Fail Safe". Scared the hell out of me.)

I have it on VHS... I should pick up the DVD. (Both, really. Good movies.)
