Don't know how I missed this one in the theatre but watched it last night. It was actually a pretty entertaining if not completely unbelieveable flick. As much as I can't stand Neo (Reeves), I thought he did a pretty good job being the bad good guy.

I saw it in theaters and was laughing too hard because of the first scene to catch the first 20 minutes of the film.

Neo's gunhandling was actually pretty good. Plus, the scene where the guy gets nailed with multiple shots from an M3 and an M76 was really something. That part was at least sort of belivable. Two guys with subguns come in and all you have is a 5 shot J frame, Hide!

I saw it the theater and watched it again the other day. I will be buying it on blu ray soon. From the same director or producer of Dark Blue, Training Day, and Harsh Times. I liked all of them. Even Harsh Times.

Watched it the other night, thought it was pretty decent.

Better than a lot of crap that is out there right now.

I just watched it last night with my girlfriend and her son. I was the only one awake when it was over. Hehehe...not a bad movie but not all that great either since it put 2 of 3 to sleep. The funny part is my girlfriend picked it out and wanted to watch it.

I watched it the other night, and was kind of surprised. It was not all that bad. I'm a huge James Ellroy fan, nice to see his take on a modern LAPD. I would not mind reading a novelized version of this movie. I don't know why, but the term "Ghetto Gunfighter" made me chuckle.
