Ok, so I've got maybe $400-800ish to spend on a big screen... surprisingly, people don't enjoy coming over to my house and watching movies on my computer screen. I'm probably going to pick something up on Cragslist. I don't know jack. I'd prefer a flat panel, because I plan on moving in a year, what brands should I avoid? What features should I look for? I know they wear out eventually, how long do the flat panels (LCD or plasma?) last vs the bigger projection ones? My buddy has a 65" projection, that'd be nice, but I figure that's out of my price range. |
