Recorded it the other night (Universal HD)

I've watched it several times already

Gotta admit I like.  Cheesy acting in various aspects (fortunately not overall cheesy acting)

Decent sci-fi effects and 'believability'

Good story

It ain't a cinematic masterpiece, but I was entertained. I've beat Wing Commander 3 on the hardest setting like 86 times, though.

Nice!

But you mean 87 right?

Heh, which was the version with Mark Hamil? Was that WC III?

Yep. It's also the one where the Mexican pilot says, "Eat shit and die, gatos!"

86 or 87, I lose count.

I actually spent a few hours playing WC 3 on my PS2 last weekend. I was cleaning out my garage and found my stash of PS1 games. Ah, the memories. Kinda weird having to use the D-pad instead of the analog sticks.

So, Rachel or Flint?

Ahh, Wing Commander.

An awesome game of the time.  The movie was a bit cheesy but still I liked it.  Of course I am biased loving the WC series.

Man the Kilrathi's costumes were downright awful though!

I loved Wing Commander. I bought them all. I still have most of hte discs for WC3, WC4, and WC5 around here somewhere. Privateer was probably my favorite though.

The games were fun. The first one was the first PC game I ever bought for my first computer.  I agree that Privateer was the best of the series. Gotta love a game that you can blow up ships, tractor beam in the survivors who eject and then sell them into slavery. lol

Never played the game, but I have enjoyed the movie many times.
