I use Photobucket.com to host my pics - it's free. photobucket.com/ Once you register for a free account ,you upload your pictures (usually .jpeg files ) and then you can link them to your posts.  All you have to do is copy the picture "tag" from Photobucket - and paste it in your post. EXAMPLE: (IMG]img.photobucket.com/albums/v503/AKsrule/1911avatar.jpg[/IMG)
