| Hello I am a big fan of this site but I have never posted here until today. I am posting this because I have just started a United States Government class this summer and the liberal professor keeps on talking about the liberal anarchist movie V for Vendetta. I hoping to find more information on this movie went to this forum to see if the thread about V for Vendetta was still active. Unfortunately it seems this thread is archived. Could somebody please search for it in the archived forms and post it here so I could bring up some of the points were made about the movie on this site. Thanks in advance for doing this. |

I haven't seen the movie yet, but I have read the graphic novel. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1401207928/sr=8-12/qid=1149619394/ref=pd_bbs_12/104-3907888-9408706?%5Fencoding=UTF8 The novel was excellent. Moore did a fantastic job with the "self government anarchy" perspective, theabuses we are not even aware we are suffering, and how much it would take for some to realize they are living in a cage. While the movie might be "liberal" anarchist, the book isn't. It's pure anarchist and dark as a politicians heart. It'll make you stop and think in a few places. |
