She is in a swimming pool. Demon walking torwards her. With a think a S&W handgun, and she fires 30 shots. (my roomate and I counted, rewound and counted again.) 30 continuous shots with no re-load. It was funny. |
Hahaha thats funny cause I watched that with my friends and I sat there for a long time(during the 30 shots) and said nothing but then finally got up and voiced my disappointed into the tv. The worst is a movie that has alot of submachine guns...anyone ever shot one full auto?...they empty FAST! However hollywood makes them fire FOREVER. Change clips...I don't care if the character must carry 10 clips, I don't, just for the sake of everything good and decent change the clip. I'm majoring in cinematorgraphy(but very interested in directing as well) so when I make a movie I will be sure to not make that mistake...trust me! Rant over Other than that I did like the movie...Keanu was Keanu but his personallity fit the part well. |
They're "magazines," or just "mags." Not "clips." (sorry, couldn't help myself) |
hehe ty for catching my mistake there. And before someone gives me the defination of each I am aware...I just have a habit of saying clips. I mean't magazines. |
So does Hollywood.; |

Gun flubs aside, it was a cool movie. The scenes in hell were really cool looking. Peter Stormare made an awesome Satan. I love the angel wing effects. Keanu Reeves... eh. He's more or less the same guy in everything he plays. His "attitude" may be slightly different but his performance is very wooden. Not to say I don't like him. I loved the Matrix series and don't think any other actor could have done as well as him, and he was cool in Constantine and The Devil's Advocate. He shoudl definitely stay away from serious movies though... ones that aren't sci-fi, action, and/or super natural based. Watching him in a drama is usually somewhat of a trainwreck. Ok... the crusifix shotgun was a little ghey too. |
That was a pretty sweet scene. Fathers Merrin and Karras should have gone that route... would have saved them a lot of trouble. |
