Does red arrow come in this season? Not sure... There was a bad "rival Archer" in Season 1 ... but never heard of a "Red Arrow" (discounting the RAF display team) In some of the comics and in the justice league green arrow's side kick is red arrow; "roy" from season 1 was hinting that he was going to be him.... BTW he's like robin in the batman series he dies many time through out the comics..... |

Quoted: Roy may be shaping up.... But only as intel gatherer... Diggle more likely as sidekick.... Roy Harper is first "Speedy" in the comics, then as "Red Arrow" when he gets out of the shadow. On the show, Speedy is the nickname of Ollie's sister. Roy has an arrow that is red. Just a matter of time. Looks like Black Canary makes her official debut this week. |
| I'm almost done with Season 1 on Netflix now. I had heard about the show last year but thought it sounded kind of lame, especially if it was going to be on CW network. More of a show for teenage girls maybe. I was wrong. Great action, good characters, good dialogue, up-to-the-minute references on society and media, and a high body count. I really like it, especially the flashbacks to his time on the island. Diggle and Felicity Smoak make great teammembers, and Stephen Amell is believable as a skilled archer. He obviously put in a lot of time on the practice range. The pilot was a little bit lame, but the show only got better from there. |

I liked the first season. The new season is meh. I hate the whole super hero who refuses to kill anyone angle/ is trying to spare every bad guy. The hood = awesome. Arrow/ Green Arrow = meh. Someone needs to make a Punisher tv series. He's just like batman...... even in the comics and some movies and shows he's actually partners with batman even good friends Dark knight returns parts 1 &2 link |
| I watch the first couple of episodes this season on http://www.cwtv.com/shows/arrow. But I stopped after a while I just couldn't get into it enough. |

how many of the people he shot in season 1 actually died though?
most of the random henchmen that were acting as guards took shoulder hits. Yes that could hit an artery and be fatal but I best most of them survived even though they dropped and never got back up during the fights the ones that took chest hits were usually in the process of shooting him or someone else so it would be a legit use of deadly force in self defense or defense of another |

Yea early on in the first few episodes espiecially when he got kidnapped, he was pretty fond of neck snaps. I could be wrong but I think neck snaps are really an all or nothing kind of thing. |

Anyone else catch the reference to the poem 'Solomon Grundy' in the supercharged henchman's apartment. Looks like he may show up again, slightly deader. meh Solomon Grundy was for 'superheroes" like Batman, Superman, and Green Lantern I highly doubt seeing him.... but the merilk they found turns into the formula Bane uses, if that has any relevance, kinda all over the place this season And the league of shadows was Batman's foes; actually talia al ghul was a lover of Bruce Wayne from comics, video games, and Christopher Nolan's Batman...... another for the series

I can’t wait to see Ollie and DS face off.

I really like this show. I had never heard of Green Arrow, apparently he was even below Aquaman in the DC comic universe. And it is sort of a Batman ripoff but it's still entertaining. DC's only strong characters are superman and batman. Other than that it's all bottom of the barrel. If you rattle off the superheroes you know, 90% of them will be marvel. That said, this show is awesome. |
Less killing and more .... blah...
