I rented this thru Netflix.  What a piece of crap!

Please do not bother to discuss.

Nice review....

You needn't watch Wrath of the Titans.... it's more of the same...

I enjoyed both, plenty of action and the nephews got to learn a bit about Greek mythology..

I liked it but am pretty easy. We are spoiled nowadays with so many big budget movies.

I do watch less in the theater but still enjoy them for what they are

Except that it's wrong.  The movie sucked on all accounts.  The action wasn't that good, the plot was weak, the acting was shit, the mythological accuracy was pathetic.  It didn't have one redeeming quality.

Immortals was good, dont go by the first comments. Had many badass moments, nudity, blood and guts. Great special effects, AND one of the dudes from Twilight plays Poseidon! also, Thesius is played by the guy who played Albert Mondego, who actually turned out to be Dontes's son in The Count of Monte Cristo.

"allow me to enlighten you priest"

Best line in the whole movie.

The film made the Greek Gods seem....Metro.  I would'nt have been surprised if they started to sparkle.

The film's look and cinematic style is due to the director, Tarsem Singh (The Cell, The Fall). While I agree with others that the action was slow, and historical accuracy was lacking, it was a visual buffet of colors and almost more Tarsem trying to blend art with cinema on screen. The Gods were both beautiful and deadly. The cliffside home Theseus lived in with his mother appeared more like a painting than a set. The chamber the Titans were kept in (and how they were bound by rods locked around their heads and through their mouth) and the cinematic action of the final fight scene was pure Tarsem. Freida Pinto ass naked was a nice bonus.

If you enjoyed the vivid colors and directorial style of this movie, I highly recommend watching The Fall.

The Minotaur was not in a labyrinth, and Icarus did not fly.
The bow was a gift used once and lost to the hyena?

Weak Greek sauce.

It wanted to be 300 but it was a 3.

I didn't care for it either. I swear the forgot half the lighting gear when they filmed it. Between that mumbling dialogue, it was damn near unwatchable.
