I have a VIP622 and when watching tv live everything is good.
When watching a recorded show the picture is pixelated and the sound gets cut off. I have even watched a show and recorded it at the same time. The live view was fine but the recording was messed up. I called Dish and they sent out a tech and he re-aimed the dish but it didn't fix the problem. Cost me $100. Anyone else have this problem? Advice? |

BTW: $100 to re-aim a dish? I'd be raising hell over that... |
