I download the music video of Cascadas "San Fransico"

The frame size is 1920x1080 but whenever I play the video, everything is pixilated. None of my other videos do that and I mean none of them.


I have tried this video on 4 different computers and all comps display it the same way. What could be going on? I have other videos that are encoded with H264 and they are fine. Pic if you need it.

Nah I dont think so. I have had bad downloads before that the video will play then when it hits the bad frames either it freezes, drops the audio, or freezes the video. This does it the whole way through.
