| The wife and I watched it this last w/e. Can anyone explain to me what about this movie makes any sense? I understand the premise but was lost on why God would want to kill the messiah with angel/demon/possessed people? |
| The only thing i understood about this movie is the hatred i had for it and for myself for paying to see and supporting the sales of this movie and i didnt even pay to see it i rented it free from RedBox but i was still pissed. So bad now i am just mad thinking about how terrible this movie is. |

Hollywood Movie Guy #1: Hey, man, let's make a movie about God and demons and the Bible and stuff. It'll make tons of cash with great SFX.
Hollywood Movie Guy #2: Have you ever read any of the Bible? Hollywood Movie Guy #1: No, but how hard can it be? God hates the Messiah because, like, he's taking away God's job, right? So then God sends some demons - God's the one with the demons, right - to kill the Messiah. We'll throw in some crazy SFX and it will make a ton of money. Dennis Quaid: I'll do it! Hollywood Movie Guy #2: You sure people will pay to see this? Dennis Quaid: I'll do it! Hollywood Movie Guy #1: Why wouldn't they? Dennis Quaid: I'll do it! Hollywood Movie Guy #2: Well, because that's not how the Bible goes. Dennis Quaid: Guys, I said I'll do it! Let's greenlight this fucker! Hollywood Movie Guy #1: What the hell are you talking about, cats don't talk in real life, but a shitload of people went to see Garfield. Dennis Quaid: Fuck. Guys, sign me up. I said I'm in!
