Not sure if this is the right forum or not. I want to upgrade our old Music and Sound 228 intercom system to something that works and has Ipod capability. Anyone with experience in this area around? I found several websites that offer systems, just looking for experienced advice.

I have installed Russound whole house audio with iPod connectivity, but there was no intercom involved.



What kind of wiring does the present system use, and how hard would it be to add to or replace that wiring?

The current system has 3 wires, just plain telephone type wires. Would be a cast iron b**ch to replace so I am looking at ways to use the existing.
