I just use BibleGateway.com. I'm sitting next to 13 New Testaments the Chaplain's Assistant put out. I don't think anyone's picked one up.

Also check out Logos. It says it has ads, but I don't ever recall seeing one, and I despise advertising.
Yes, it has in app purchases. It comes with a rather extensive library (including many versions of the Bible) and you can buy additional books if you like. I bought the 1984 NIV and have no complaints. |

I would second Blue Letter Bible. Also, My Sword is good. Works a lot like E-Sword.
The bonus of that over BLB is that the resources you download is able to be used even when you can't have cell service or internet. BLB requires connection to service or internet. |

I really like "AndBible" ( Android Bible)
You can download multiple version and quickly compare translations. |

I use the Faithlife Study Bible app. I have it set to the LEB, but the KJV is an available option and you can just turn the notes off if you wish.
