I have a Ford Expedition with 51K miles. The tranny doesn't (to me) seem to be shifting correctly. As I accelerate under moderate load and approach 2500 rpm the tranny acts like it wants to shift but only drops 50 or so RPM and stays in gear, it'll do this two or three times before it finally shifts up. Local dealership says "we don't see a problem in the diagnostic computer", I'm not driving the computer. Any Ideas

No idea, post more info. Year, engine/transmission combo, etc.

Dump the fluid and filter and try again.

It is a ford tranny so anything is possible.
