I'm getting ready to change the tires on the F6 and since it is 700 Lbs I want to pretty good jack.

Any recommendations?

I looked at the Sears/Craftsman jacks already, but they don't seem to have too many good reviews.

I have a Craftsman MC jack and it will lift my Road King no problem. Got it for 80 bucks. Has a hydraulic bottle jack and will handle 700lbs easily. Comes with some pretty nice tie downs too.

I have a Cornwell jack, it works great. Picks up my 650lb. Vstrom like it's not there, very nice features and can be had reasonable for an "upscale" tool company.

I have the yellow aluminum Craftsman bike jack (much lighter than the steel variety...obviously) and have used it extensively to lift a KZ1000 and a GPz without any problems.  Does not lose any height (hydraulic pressure) over extended periods under load.  Great for fork and tire work, etc.
JACK HERE

same here I did have to mod the front of the jack ( cut out the strap across the front ) to get it all the way under my fat bob . it works great and will also lift the riding lawn mower so I can change the blades quite frequently since my wife hasnt figured out that 100 year old stump is not gonna move from the last time she run over it

Craftsman M/C jack.  Use it for my Softail and Sporty,  no issues in two + years.

I have a Mastercraft MC jack (same as the Craftsman I think) that lifts my KLR650 even with a full load easily, it will also lift a gixxer and a softail classic easily, so I should think it would handle a Valkyrie

I have one similar to the Craftsman.  Nice thing about the ones that use a bottle jack is that you can replace the just bottle jack when needed.
