A low grind started last night.  I the only way to describe it is like a driving on a bridge, it rumbles at a certain point in the rotation, and speeds up the faster I go.

I crawled under there today and the only thing I can see that looked amiss is some fluid leaking from the 4wd transfer case.  See pic.

Assuming that it is not under warranty, and you want to do it yourself, get at least a basic service manual. Changing out bearings is not hard, but if you have never done it before, you will want to have pics and instructions. Also the specs for pre-loading the bearings is very important for long service life of the bearings.

Remove wheel, brake caliper, spindle nut, remove disc, examine bearings. If you do this, you will want to know the torque values for the bolts removed and the pre-load specs for the bearings/spindle nut.
From what you said, the bearings are toast. Should not be any grinding noises.

Milage?

Have you checked the brake pads to make sure they have friction material left and are not griding on the base plate? If they are good then I also would suspect the wheel bearing.

Check the inner pad, the outer can look fine but the inner can be down to the rivets.

Sealed one-piece bearing hub? That sucks, I really hate that about the newer trucks....

If so, buy it from NAPA (or similar) and install yourself - it isn't hard. Tons of Chevy Truck forums to help you out too.

Those sealed bearings are mighty high dollar.  They cost $400+ each for my blazer, but I found some aftermarket ones for a whole lot less.  $120 each IIRC....
