I have begun working at HD again P/T doing there E-Bay sales well the following 2 sets of paint are to be sold but I thought guys would appreciate them. The factory has had a custom paint program for years getting into more radical stuff as of late. They did do all 5 branches Army,Navy,Marines,Air Force,Coastguard We have just the two sets the Army & Marines the "Kits" come with F&R Fenders,Fuel Tank,Custom Embroidered Seat,Plus a few other trim parts. First the Army Which comes in Green/Black Paint with a Tan Stripe Front fender with Medallion.  Fuel Tank  Rear Fender W/Flag  Now the Marine Kit Which is Dark Blue/Black with Red Striping Front Fender Emblem (thought it would go over well here)  Fuel Tank  Rear Fender W/Flag  These kits are designed for newer FatBoys but I thought even you non H-D fans would like them, Let me know what you think. |

The custom paint program work's in that you can order your idea from HD (your choices on 2 tone pinstripes,etc) than they started the Radical paint program where they (being HD) come up with the ideas but it was more of a "custom" stuff (flames,skulls,etc) but there no input or color choice if \us as a dealer buys it we either have someone that wants it or we put it on display hoping we get a buyer. So to answer it a easier way no that wont take older tin & repaint. But as we did in buying these sets no one has had serious interest coming into the shop so hopefully some one on the internet will be looking for one of these kits. |
