| Anybody know how to remove the left rear door panel from a 2001 Buick Lesabre? It doesn't seem normal (doesn't have the plastic christmas tree fasteners). Do I need any kind of special tools to remove the door panel? The Hanes manual shows the old style doors and they aren't alike. Any help is appreciated. Thanks. MJD |

On 1990 buick, instructions are as follows: 1Remove door handles 2remove door inside locking rod knob 3 remove screws inserted thru door armrest and pull andle assembly 4 styles w/ remote control mirrors, remove mirror esctcheons and disengage end of mirror control cable 5 on styles w/ power window located on door, d/c wire harness at switch 6 remove screws and plastic retainers from perimeter of door trim pad using a special tool and screwdriver. push trim upward and outbard to disengage it from the door inner panel at the belt line Your make and model may be significantly different..... |
