Anybody know how to remove the left rear door panel from a 2001 Buick Lesabre?  It doesn't seem normal (doesn't have the plastic christmas tree fasteners).  Do I need any kind of special tools to remove the door panel?  The Hanes manual shows the old style doors and they aren't alike.  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks.  MJD
