Hey everyone. So I would like to swap out the stock radio head unit in my 2012 f150 with an aftermarket touch screen version. I was looking at panasonic as a few people recommended them to me but there are so many options its quite confusing. I just want a touch screen interface with bluetooth. I don't need dvd capabilities, nav may be helpful.

What do you guys recommend? Thanks.

This thread interests me greatly as my 12 f150 desperately needs an update from SYNC that's proven to be a pile of go get fucked in software form
