I must have my terminology all jacked up because my searches aren't working.

I have an 89 F150. My rear bumper has 3 holes in it for mounting a ball hitch to pull a trailer. What I'm looking for, if it exists, is one of the more modern "square", tube style hitches, that I can bolt into the rear bumper.
Ultimately what I would like to do is mount a bike rack back there instead of just laying it in the bed of the truck. Especially if I wanted to carry additional camping, or other, gear in the bed.

Make sense?

Here is a few options that will allow you to bolt on to the frame rails.  Most likely they the rails are pre-tapped but I cannot guarantee it.

there will be a ton of options for an F-150 but i just went to JC Whitney page to start you out.
