My son has a 2013 Kia Soul with about 12,000 miles on it, that was hit broadside from another car. The other driver's insurance paid for the repairs and now they are offering a settlement of $600.00 for diminished value. My gut feeling is that that figure is way too low. Does anyone have any idea how these numbers are calculated ? |
