Does anyone have any experience with a 50 flathead ford 6v positive ground. I am having issues were the solenoid will give me a "click" sound when attempting to turn it over. I replaced the solenoid, but still getting the click...my next step is charging the battery, but wanted to see if anyone had any similar experiences...

Low battery can give that symptom, you've already mentioned charging the battery.
I would also try rocking the car in gear to see if the starter gear teeth are engaged in the flywheel teeth and hung up. If it is, rocking will release the bendix back to un-engaged. |
