Replaced impeller (wasn't bad) key is in the impeller
Replaced semi bad water tube.
Blown out the water passages with air not blocked
STILL not pissing water.
Help!

How did the impeller housing look?
Did you sleeve it?

housing looked good. A slight circular groove where the impeller wheel has a matching bump but that's it.
No didn't sleeve anything.

Hows the seal where the water tube enters the bottom of the powerhead? Blockage below the impeller base plate? Some outboards don't pee until the thermostat opens. Would help to know what model, 2-stroke/4-stroke, approx. year, serial number..
